Stock exchange listing: Application has been made to include the Notes to trading on the

Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and to the Bondm

segment of the exchange regulated market (Freiverkehr) of the

Baden-Württembergische Börse Stuttgart. Commencement of

trading is expected to occur on 29 November 2010.

Selling Restrictions: The offer and the sale of the Notes and the distribution of offering

materials are subject to specific restrictions. The relevant restric-

tions applicable in the European Union, the United States of

America and the United Kingdom are set out under “Offer, Sub-

scription and Sale of the Notes - Selling Restrictions”.

Clearing The Notes have been accepted for clearing through the Clearing

System.

Availability of documents: The Prospectus and the documents available for inspection can be

found on the website of the Issuer (www.aegps.com) or may be

inspected during normal business hours at the offices of the Issuer

and the Guarantor.

The Prospectus will also be available for download on the website

of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (www.bourse.lu) and the Ba-

den-Württembergische Börse Stuttgart (www.boerse-stuttgart.de).
